Our training begins with orientation on the first day. We determine if the officers are up to our company standards with on-site training, report writing along with verbal judo certification if required. They will be made familiar with customer service skills along with ensuring they are kept in the proper protocol that Green Valley Security sets forth in their company handbook. All officers must carry a current guard card with approval through the Private Investigators Licensing Board, which provides a full background check through NCIC ensuring the employee has a clean criminal record.

Green Valley Security provides on site supervision to ensure our officers are performing up to standards and protocol both the client and Green Valley Security expects.
Field managers along with our Patrol Captains also review the officers performance and check their log details along with ensuring they are in proper uniforms.
Our officers are reviewed on a quarterly basis for merit increases, performance levels etc.
